Seek back to 0 may cause stream failure

Adding this for tracking, was present pre 2.0 and is intermittent.

With stream http://rdmedia.bbc.co.uk/dash/ondemand/testcard/1/client_manifest-events.mpd

1. Start playback normally.
2. Seek to anywhere more than 30 seconds from start.
3. Let play at that new seek time for a few seconds.
4. Seek back to 0 - stream may freeze and not recover. Intermittent.

At first I thought it was a range issue with the custom controls we use but I was able to reproduce with Native controls in Chrome.
