GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

#482 was regressed by #1215. This can be tested using http://rdmedia.bbc.co.uk/dash/ondemand/testcard/1/deadend/client_manifest-nosurround-ctv-relative.mpd

This also had the side effect of breaking resolution of relative MPD URLs as reported by @lightsedge in https://github.com/Dash-Industry-Forum/dash.js/issues/1321#issuecomment-208729883.
