Support for image subtitles

This is not finished yet and too early to merge, but at least the timing for embedded subtitles in divs is in place and working with the trombone2 test sequence provided in #1402 (closed).

The positioning needs to be handled, so that is a next step. External images (non self-contained subtitles as in IMSC-1) is another step.
