updated the readme and install files and added the user manual and EAGLE report about the argumentation tool.

changed root of the server from / to /argumentation/ to allow both the argumentation tool and process mapping tool to use the same port

removed the footer from the web pages, to improve the integration with the EAGLE platform when shown in a portlet

finished implementing all the use cases for working with cases in a way which is independent of the domain model.
