Bitrate switching on Samsung Android Chrome

Is the "cdn.dashjs.org/latest/dash.all.min.js" literally the latest v2.0 client?

Not sure if this is a Dash.js issue or Samsung issue. On my Samsung sm-t800 with Android 5.0.2, both the Samsung "internet" chrome 38.02125.102, and the latest Chrome 47.0.2526.83 seem to flash a glitch on bitrate switches. The Samsung chrome in fullscreen seems to switch to a custom player UI, and will do the same glitch, and pop the controls UI on bit rate changes. While the Chrome 47 browser seems to use the dash.js player in fullscreen, but also does the glitch on bit rate switching.

On my Motorola XT1080 with Android 4.4.4 and Chrome 48 the stream switching exhibits the same glitch.

Same stream on desktop browsers Cr, IE, Edge,FF all operate normally and with smooth bit rate changes.
