ThroughtputRule can't been execute in development branch

The issue occurs in the latest reference client on http://reference.dashif.org/dash.js/ and not just on my page Link to playable MPD file: https://dash.akamaized.net/akamai/bbb_30fps/bbb_30fps.mpd Dash.js version: master Browser name/version: chrome 62.0.3202.75 OS name/version: macos 10.13

Log can not works in getMaxIndex which is in 'ThroughputRule.js' Actually I think ThroughputRule is not been called. I already switch to Throughput in the dash-if-reference-player's panel. I also try to set a break point as the first line of getMaxIndex , but is not been reached. I do the same thing in v2.6.2, it been reached.
