Need MAX value, either as bitrate or index, when limiting by portal size.

I may be wrong but I am not able to get the MAX value, either as bitrate or index, when limiting by portal size out of any event or api at this time.

Currently getMaxBitrateAllowed in this scenario returns nothing if not set. (who wrote this stuff!) I would like expose or include the info from function getTopQualityIndexFor(type, id) in ABRController. Either as part of getMaxAllowed or as separate call.
