[MSS] Playing MSS streams doesn't work in dash.js nightly version (v2.6.8)

Observed behaviour

Dash.js nightly version is not able to play Microsoft Smooth Streaming streams. It worked fine in v2.6.7. We need to take a deeper look but seems like the scheduler doesn't start scheduling segments.

We are prioritising the resolution of this issue so it can be included in the release planned for next week.
