403 Forbidden when requesting DASH-IF icon

Most of the sample applications request the DASH-IF logo as an icon: <link rel="icon" type="image/png" href="http://dashpg.com/w/2012/09/dashif.ico" />

This link seems to be returning a 403 Forbidden.
