This bug is seen on the latest dev. chrome (31.0.1650.4) for a specific video: http://dash.edgesuite.net/dash264/TestCases/3b/fraunhofer/heaac_stereo_with_video/Sintel/sintel_480p_heaac_stereo_sidx.mpd

Load the video and seek forward. If the position seeked falls on a segment boundary (multiple of 5 seconds) seek fails.
