Debug files straight from browserify.

This avoids the uglify with beautify builds that were problematic. It also reduces the number of steps necessary to do a full dist build.

@AkamaiDASH this is an alternative way of producing our .debug files. I tried describing it the other day, but this seems like an easier way to convey the idea.
