This has good support for SegmentTemplate with SegmentTimeline The support for SegmentTemplate numbered segments is currently doing a potentially slow search for the availability window. the speed of the search is affected by the DVR window (larger is faster) and how close the client clock is set to the server clock

This also has updated tests
