Use threshold in removeExecutedRequestsAfterTime

Use a threshold value in removeExecutedRequestAfterTime method to avoid small timing inconsistencies to cause gaps in the list of executed requests and then, playback stall issues.

This fixes playback issues reproduced in #2730 (closed).
