Hi,

this PR has to replace PR #2051 (I preferred create a new one instead of doing a difficult rebase on this one) about the use of config file to set parameters in dash.js player.

All the explanations given by @robertbryer are still correct...If @robertbryer is ok, we can close his previous PR.

A new parameter has been added (metricsMaxListDepth) in order to give the possibility to modify stored metrics volume.
