Initiate migration to webpack

Hi,

this PR has to initiate the migration from grunt to webpack. This first step has to generate all the dash.js build module.

Any help and feedback will be appreciate in order to improve the build process and to add documentation generation, etc... with webpack.

When all the work will be done, grunt will be removed.
