Update funtional tests

This is an update of functional tests in order:

  • to update chromedriver
  • to run tests on streams only if one of declared key systems is supported by the browser
  • to run only on chrome (for the time being)

Next step is to check the streams state/availability and any compatibility issue with current development version.

As a reminder, functional tests are executed on circleci every sunday night.
