GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Added two new steps to live edge detection before binary search kicks in

If UTCTiming is not defined in the manifest not there is a default time scheme and time server defined. There is an API to add more time servers, to remove time servers and to clear all time servers.
If you clear all time servers AND have exposed the Date header that value will be used instead of calling a time server, if non of the above exist, the binary search will be used.
