Respect tt:br elements in tt:span elements.

tt:br elements can be used to insert a forced line break in a tt:span element. The XML parser strips these out so the TTML parser needed additional logic to construct the cue text correctly.

While I was in there, I fixed issue #604 (closed). Thanks to @TobbeMobiTV for the fix.
