this is our first working implementation of Adobe Primetime DRM. @greg80303 can you plz review this - especially in ProtectionExtensions.js Line 230. I had to remove this line, because I need to handle the individualization-request for global device registration at adobe.com (http://individualization.adobe.com/flashaccess/i15n/v5).

Furthermore, I had to refactor the construction of the key system configuration object as the Primetime CDM in Firefox is not w3c conform.

If you need an encrypted test content, I will try to give you access to ours, but I can't promise right now.
